Medical Plans
All four of Otsuka’s medical plans are Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans, offered through Anthem.
They all share the same network of doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals. The plans differ in how you pay for care and how much you contribute from your paycheck.

Traditional PPOs

-
Premier PPO Plan

-
Choice PPO Plan

Consumer-Directed Health Plans (CDHPs)
- Consumer Select PPO Plan
-

The Consumer Select and Consumer Value PPO Plans include a Health Savings Account (HSA). Otsuka contributes to your HSA at different levels based on the plan you choose and coverage category.
If you are participating in the Premier and Choice Plans, you are not eligible for an HSA, but can participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). For more information on an FSA, please click here.
